Since AEOS is used in very large companies with a high number of people movements, it is very useful to add a simple import function at the front desk—for example, the ability to upload a staging file directly from the client system, similar to how a license is uploaded.
It is unrealistic for individual receptionists to manually enter, for example, visitor groups of more than 30 people one by one. There is not always a leading visitor management system with an interface to AEOS.
