It is unclear, why some function use a flash icon and it is unclear to users what this icon should indicate. I would recommend to completely remove the flash icon and use familiar and established visual language like three-dots or three-stripes icons for function buttons or use the arrow (">") that is also used in other parts of the frondesk UI.
