redundant information and wasted screen space

The top wrapper in multiple places but especially in the person search above and below the tabs is redundant and wastes a lot of screen real estate without providing better orientation, structure or additional information to the user.
Reduce it to the menu tree ( i.e. "People > All" or "People > Employees").
