currently, there is no indication on the person pager on how the person image could be edited (by clicking the photo itself). A indication that the photo has a clickable function should be added (i.e. a pencil icon like in the dashboard)

The photo displayed on top of the persons page (i.e. employee) often has the wrong aspect ratio.

Please make the sidebar collapsable, either manually adjustable (much wasted space there) or to be toggled between symbol + text (current view) and symbol only.
